These are non-inspection but all of the imagery captured can be used by a professional to assess in greater details the condition of a properties roof, chimneys, gutters or solar panels without the potential safety risk of ladders or scaffolding being required.

Based in Caerphilly, South Wales we cover a 45 minute radius which would include Cardiff, Newport, Rhondda, Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend & surrounding areas.
About the pilot
I am a fully commercially insured drone pilot and registered with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) holding a valid Flyer ID and Operator ID. I fly in accordance with the CAA regulations.
All drone flights are conducted in accordance with the UK CAA Open category regulations.
A risk assessment is conducted prior to each flight.
Operations conducted using DJI aircraft with safety systems enabled.
